People matter.
In every part of the system.
These foundation principles guide the proposed organisation and the way we develop policy.
Government in service
Public institutions exist to serve people. We want clear responsibilities, accessible services and decisions that can be explained and examined.
Belonging without a price
Human dignity does not depend on wealth, productivity or popularity. Free membership and equal voting rights are part of the proposed party rules.
Together without being the same
Solidarity respects difference. Democratic disagreement, personal autonomy and good faith criticism belong in a healthy political community.
Care expressed through systems
Compassion must reach beyond familiar groups. Listening, coordination and practical access matter as much as the promise of help.
Power that answers for itself
Evidence, transparent reasons and independent review keep institutions answerable to the people they affect. The party’s own proposed rules must meet that standard.
Our shared statement
We seek a government that serves the people and a country where people can stand together without having to be the same. We support equal citizenship, democratic participation and institutions that answer for their decisions.
We will contest ideas openly, protect people’s right to disagree and seek change through lawful democratic means. A person’s place in our shared future is not measured by what they can afford to give.
